Depending on the clients specific needs, Altos Advisors assembles a team from the group of Partners , Altos Account Managers and the Altos Industry Specialists.
The smallest team comprises of two people and it can get extended up to ten people.
All team members understand the telecom industry and have had hands on operational experience in it. We are all very entrepreneurial and understand the constraints and opportunities of being a Startup company like most of our clients.
We also understand the needs and expectations of our clients investors. Three team members of Altos Advisors have been successful venture capitalists and we understand the importance of revenue and time to market.
We all speak our clients language and help them to achieve their milestones and revenue targets in Europe.
For events, research and administration, Altos Advisors is supported by Anne Seefeld and Isabell Wolfer. Together they support our account managers and make sure we have a well functioning back office.
For special situations we may also team up with other consulting firms to extend our reach beyond Europe. See network and partners for an overview of such firms.
